Our company contacted Allegra in February to complete doorhangers for our company. We gave them a deposit of $2626.58 and due to multiple issues with getting the graphics we cancelled the order before anything went to print. We were told they were going to issue a refund and never did. We had to dispute this with our credit card company and still fighting to get our deposit back. This is not very good business practice. We could not even get them to return our phone calls or respond to our emails.
