Alton and Tia were our landlords for 10 months. They requested we move out before our lease ended so he could sell the house. We moved as quickly as possible. They have since refused to forward our mail (usps forwarding was not immediate) and have refused to return our security deposit. Alton and Tia are now 4 months late. You may want to look elsewhere for a more honest person.
