2014: I recommend Champaign Computer to everyone. They were patient, helpful, and always had the right answers. I would NEVER go to any other place. They have the best prices, turn around times, and helpful people in the area. They are not like the typical Geek Squad guys or others around town that are going to rip you off. They genuinely love technology and want to help you with your devices or parts. If you are having problems with a computer or wanting to get a new one, don't bother with the big box people. These guys are absolutely phenomenal. I recommend them to anyone and everyone. They are kind, intelligent, and willing to help with any situation. Their ability to diagnose issues, general and complex, far surmounts any expectations I ever had. Their communication with their clients is top-notch, and they are always honest! Brett was incredibly helpful when I came in about a broken DC jack on my ASUS zenbook. He was very honest and upfront about the difficulty of the fix, and that it would be shipped off site to be repaired. The turn around was incredible, it was expedited both ways and I had it back in 3 business days, just in time for finals. The pricing was competitive and exactly what I was expecting. On top of all this, he helped me with some of the other simpler issues I was having with the laptop on the spot. I would definitely go to Champaign Computer again with future repairs.

The team here are very helpful. They took their time to troubleshoot our laptop that ended up simply needing to be replaced. So opposed to saying they could fix it, they were very honest about us just being better off replacing. Note that they do not sell laptops so it was only great advice with nothing it in for them. Love these guys! There are 2 that work there as far as I know and they both treated me very honest and were quick to get my repairs done. Went to Best Buy and was quoted over 300.00 to get my computer fixed, these guys did it under 100. Will recommend to all my friends. Thanks guys.

Champaign Computer has helped fixed slow or virus-ridden work and personal computers efficiently and effectively over the last 5 years. Just recently my company underwent a complete email overhaul. It was a huge project. Even though they made it very easy for us, I know it was so much more difficult - it always is when dealing with computers, right? I have complete confidence in them, and they always do it with a smile on their face.

Not only did Brett say, "come right in," he also spotted the problem almost immediately. In less than 36 hours, I was up and running again and at a very reasonable cost. I will recommend Champaign Computers without hesitation to anyone with computer needs.
