I recently worked with Lake Cook Solutions to replace my home computer and printer. John and Megan met with me to identify my requirements and to inform me of the services they can provide. Lake Cook Solutions is a truly tech savvy and professional business and I am extremely satisfied with their services. I needed a new laptop and printer. I felt overwhelmed with the wide variety of choices (and prices) in the market place and contacted LCS to help me. LCS owners, John and Megan Hansen, are a terrific team. We discussed my specifications and budget. Megan provided three laptop options, all with the latest technology, for me to choose from. She also found a great printer and I had challenged her with finding one that would fit into a particularly small space. John transferred everything from my existing computer to the new one, set up a security package, ensured I had all the programs I needed and arranged my desktop so that important links and apps are at my fingertips. For a small monthly fee, John monitors my system, ensures backups run smoothly, troubleshoots when necessary including making house calls if warranted. I have reached out to him several times with questions and he responds immediately. I could not be happier or feel better cared for by LCS. As a result, I asked them to help me find a solution to the 1000+ photos I had stored in my iPhone. Once again, LCS found the perfect app (at the right price) that transfers photos and photos within albums.
