I had upgraded my PC on my own with new ram/cpu/mobo but was having trouble reinstalling windows and getting it to boot and remain stable. After thinking I did all I could, I called Nick and made an appointment for next day drop off. He was extremely easy to talk to and was happy to discuss my specific hardware, configuration and troubleshooting steps I had already gone over. Nick also told me straight about a realistic schedule for the appointment and how long it might take to diagnose as well as any fees. I turned out not needing service as I was using too old of a windows boot drive- but that revelation might not have clicked for me to try a newer version without the discussion and insight received during the appointment call. Nick's an awesome dude and now I can definitely say "I know a guy" should I or anyone have a computer related issue needing service. I have full confidence in his skills should I run into a future project too big to handle or too tricky to figure out. I am extremely grateful he took the time to listen about my issue and provide feedback when he easily could have just scheduled the appointment and got off the call.

Got my laptop repaired for hinge and screen issues at this place. Nick also upgraded my memory for free! (thanks so much!) Nick is very knowledgeable about on many aspects of computers from many different manufacturers. Got my laptop back just in time for spring semester. Would definitely come to him again for future repairs!

Was very appreciative of Nick's services at Zepps! He was very helpful in fixing my son's gaming PC after we tried to install some upgrades on our own. Will definitely use Zepp's for any future PC issues we may have.

Incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and efficient. He repaired my son's laptop in quick order when he had to leave to go back to college.....so we couldn't wait too long! Got it done and got it done quickly. And, then, my laptop decided to get goofy and he figured out the problem and fixed it quickly and didn't put me in a position to be without my laptop for too long! GREAT JOB! Highly recommend!

Nick is a lifesaver! I bought a new laptop and tried to migrate files from my old one to the new one using OneDrive. I ended up with a total mess and all my files removed from both machines! Nick was able to restore my files, and he got the new laptop correctly set up and running within a day. He also fixed my old laptop (rebuilt it) so that I can continue using it as a desktop for old accounting software. I'm very happy with the service I received. I called to get information and pricing on replacing a broken screen. I was asked great questions to determine my problem and provided with detailed information. They even gave me suggestions of things I could do to get through this situation until repair could be completed and did this knowing I might not be able to use their services as this was for a work laptop. I was super impressed with their honesty and will definitely use them for any of my computer needs.
