ConsulTech is the worst internet service provider I have ever had the misfortune of using. If you are getting a rental that includes ConsulTech internet services do yourself a favor and use any other possible service. They have the worst customer service imaginable, horrible internet speeds and more outages than any other service I have heard of! You would be better off using a carrier pigeon than trying to text over ConsulTech wifi. Please fix this service, it is an embarrassment to ConsulTech, your employees, and everyone else who has been gullible enough to use this horrendous internet. DO NOT USE THIS.

I'm not sure why there are so many negative reviews. I just had a great conversation with support over the phone and he went the extra mile. He did research on a device I was attempting to set up port forwarding on. They explained the history of port forwarding and what to expect moving forward. Went out of his way to proved helpful advice and relevant information. I've never left a Google review before but I had a gut feeling I should leave one for this company.

I'm the first month I had this ISP this would have been a five star review. The internet was fast with multiple devices connected, but then one day after a storm the internet went down for five days and has never come back the same. Random outages are a regular and for some reason at night it becomes nearly impossible to use the internet at all. Like many others I'm stuck with them because of my landlord but I just wonder how they sleep at night knowing the subpar service they provide.

Unfortunately my landlord includes wifi in the rent and uses Consultech to provide it. So I don't have an option to switch providers. The Internet speed was okay for the first 2 months, but since December (6 months ago) it has become progressively slower. It's too slow to watch Netflix or even stream Pandora. Think Dial-up speeds. They've been saying they're working on it as we've been calling every month, but still no solution. Our Internet completely goes out regularly, and they are good about fixing that in a day or two. So 2 stars because they're responsive sometimes, but the Internet speed is abysmally slow. If your landlord uses Consultech, ask if you can get $50 knocked off your rent and just buy Comcast yourself.

Absolutely worst ISP I've ever had. I have their service in Bart Villa at the moment and I'm highly considering getting a new service despite having to continue to pay them via a contract. The service they provide is horrendously inconsistent - I almost wish I had dial up compared to this. I've been in close contact with them for several weeks trying to diagnose and fix the issue to no avail. I was also told by them that the router that I'm closest to and likely connected to is an older router, and despite me taking time out of my day to help them troubleshoot, they wouldn't even consider trying a different one. They always say "That's just how wireless is" whenever I describe my recurring several hour long high pings and packet loss. I've had other wireless providers before and haven't witnessed these issues on this magnitude. While the pricing for their service may seem enticing, the problems you'll get with it aren't worth your time. Do not use them as your ISP if you have the option.

I have unfortunately had these people for almost a year and my internet access has consistently bad. I never know when its going to work properly and when it won't, I very often have extremely high latency that makes me wonder if maybe dialup isn't about the same speed. The customer support further adds to the quality of this company, the last time I called to report an outage I was informed that they already knew about the problem and would be out in a couple of days to fix it. A couple of days to fix an internet outage in a town. Its ridiculous. If you have any choice in the matter go with someone else, anyone else would be better.

I had an issue with my router and figuring out the wifi password today, and Adam helped me so much! He was on the phone with me for like a whole hour until we solved the problem, showed me things on the computer so clearly and honestly calmed me down too because I was going to miss a meeting with my professor over zoom! Overall he was amazing!

Nothing good to say. Horrible internet service provider, horrible support. Internet would go down regularly and their support was absolutely useless. "High speed" to them meant 5mbps which is just not acceptable in 2021. This was over a wired connection by the way. If there was another provider for my address I would have used them but there was not.
