I assisted Michele in dealing with a tremendously difficult, arrogant client who had a history of not paying bills. The job required highly specialized knowledge in the area of web programming, and she paid for my services even though the client wasn't paying her adequately for such specific, difficult, costly work. I think Michele is the kind of person who stands by a client even when that client doesn't understand all the work going into the support she offers - at times, even when she has to foot the bill herself.

I have done business with Michele Smith for 20 years. She created the website for my business, serviced it over the years, and assisted me in closing out my web footprint upon my retirement. She has been efficient and available upon request in a timely manner. She is a creative and enthusiastic individual, and I would recommend her highly.

Michele is a patient and hard working website developer. She makes sure that she is providing the best service possible. There are several other website developers out there but Michele puts the "extra" effort and looks out for her customers best interest.

Never have I seen such poor professionalism. I wouldn't recommend anyone to Michelle Smith. Was rude and a liar. Almost hired her, but with due diligence realized she wasn't only a liar. She was a thief and an ex felon.
