Priscilla did an outstanding job redesigning our website. It is visually attractive, very well optimized for customers to easily find and do what they need, and well-structured for our use on the back end, streamlining the processes that were cumbersome before. Priscilla works in a very organized way, setting a schedule months ahead of time that she sticks with, and setting a reasonable budget that she stays within. At launch, Priscilla was generous with her time, training us how to use all the features of the new site and creating a tutorial document that we still refer to regularly to update content and events. What do I know about web design for my website? Absolutely nothing... but luckily Priscilla did! She walked with me through the whole process and answered all of my silly questions. Plus, she added all my personality to the design. This is not a cookie cutter, cut and paste, type of design. This is personal and thoughtful. I am thrilled with how the whole project turned out. In the late Spring of 2022 I reached out to Ms. Borges. for help in creating a Poster Gallery. She worked with me on half a dozen pieces...and when I say "worked with me," that's precisely what I mean. She would take a suggestion and run with it, checking back with me at every key decision-making juncture. It was flawlessly collaborative. I can't honestly say that what we ended up with EXCEEDED my expectations. That would be hyperbole. What I got CONFORMED to my expectations and completely validated the initial visions for them.
