I am super grateful that we established a relationship with ProBleu when we started our business. We followed Craig's advice for setting up our systems and security and have been pleased with our efficiency and ability to work seamlessly between a variety of devices. ProBleu really shined this weekend. My computer crashed on Friday and I called ProBleu right away. As always, Katrina, Andy and Nick took stellar care of me and made me feel loved. They ran diagnostics, ordered a new Dell hard drive (under warranty! yay!) and got it overnight. They re-installed everything, and communicated clearly and concisely throughout the process. I had purchased a new dental office. I hired ProBleu to update my computers. They assured me that they had worked with my software before. Once they started to work on the network it never worked properly. Also, they were logging hours for the times they came back to fix the problems they created. I spend thousands on their "labor" and the network never was stable. When I hired a new tech support group they stated that ProBleu had set up the network for workgroup rather than domain. They stated anyone who had worked with this software would know that. AVOID this company!

ProBleu made transitioning my website to a new platform fast and easy! Craig updated our DNS to point to new servers, enabled SSL and made sure site was secure. He verified that both our urls were working (one was forwarding to the other) and verified the site was up. He added our organization's logo to all pages and published all updates. He also found a broken link that I had missed and gave me recommendations to consider for the future. Highly professional service and very efficient!

I have had two experiences with ProBleu, Inc. so far. I say "so far" because they are awesome and I will use them again and again. They are very knowledgeable and they are very fast.
