They did a great job on my laptop. The bottom cover was bulging and I took it to another well-known computer repair shop and the young man working told me that they can't touch it . My husband suggested I take it to Computer Solutions, where we've had computers repaired before. They were not afraid of it and they replaced my battery and managed to get the bottom covered to fit back in place. And they have the cutest little dog .

Fantastic and fast computer fix! My 2 year old Dell laptop, originally purchased at Best Buy, wouldn't turn on this morning. I took it to Geek Squad and was told that it was 2 months past the warranty and they couldn't do anything for it. They basically said that my only option was to buy a new laptop!!!! Seriously.... I took it straight to Computer Solutions and Rich said "no Problem!" He took it in and had the battery reset before I could drive out of town!! I turned around and it was good as new for a very small charge! They were professional, personable and quick!!!!!

LISTEN, im a computer nerd. Yet when I had an issue I couldn't handle, I went here expecting to hear the same stuff I hear everywhere. Yet Rich didn't BS me, told him my issue and not only fixed it but explained how. Totally professional, didn't try to up-sell, didn't do unwanted work AND did it at a price LOWER than I expected. It's was a great experience with GREAT people at a great location! If you don't chose them first, then you lost out!

A while back I got a new desktop and it wouldn't work. And well they found the problem my power supply was lose then hooked up my other fan. Great place to go and good people. I got to bring it up again for another issue and I'm happy to say I trust them with my desktop
