Inventive Web Track

I hired this company to work on a project for me in January 25th, 2023. I was told that the project would take 35-40 days to complete. I paid them the down payment that they asked and was told that work had begun. Every time I asked for updates I was given an excuse. We are now in March of 2024, literally a year and two months and no sign of the project has even begun, let alone completed. I requested for my money back and they have refused to give me my funds. I will go through hell to not only get my money back, but receive compensation for the financial injury that this company has caused.

Have not hired this company, therefore my review is based only on their outreach practices. I was reached out by email from an individual named Grace who was using a free hotmail account, likely this company uses this practice to prevent their own domain emails from being hit for spam which can decrease their own website domain authority. I took the bait and said I was interested in receiving a free audit. I was later reached out by i***@inventivewebtrack.com who inquired to our area of service, our competitors, and desired keywords. I provided a details attachment with this information (and more) and in a few days received a white label report of our website which had very generic information of the homepage but nothing else, and no mention or comparison of competitor ranking. That same email pointed me to look at their reviews on Google Business and Trust Pilot. Looking at the reviews the concern I have is the reviews left by "real people in the Google Business Page" have their reviews of other companies hidden which is a indication of spam / robots. I checked out their own portfolio of websites they've built. Looking at those sites SEO Metrics (I reviewed 4) the ranking keywords and domain authority was lower than our own site. I also checked Inventive Web Track own domain Moz Score which can be done using Moz's free tool and their own website ranking was below ours which I would not expect for an SEO company. I would just caution people to be skeptical of this company. When people leave reviews for an SEO company they should mention their own company just so other potential buyers of this SEO service can check out their work and verify the reviews are real. I am making my review 4 stars though I have no real reason to rank the quality of their work but don't want to leave a 1 star review which would hurt their overall rating (a total of six 5-star reviews as of April 2022).
