Brooksource - Indianapolis

Brooksource is a great company to work with. Nick Boelke recently helped me land my new job. Nick presented me for candidacy and He did a great job. His communication skills are top notch. He was always very professional and very timely in everything he did and I could not have asked for a better experience. I look forward to continuing communication with Nick and Brooksource, and would recommend him and the company to any of my associates.

Brooksource is a fantastic company to work with. I have been working with Faith Robbins and I highly recommend her. Faith is highly motivated to assist you in your search for employment. Faith is very communicative and great with any follow up. She continues to check in with me after my placement and is always pleasant to talk with.

Working with Brekiesha at Brooksource has been a wonderful experience! She has a great attention to detail and helps me with any questions or concerns I may have. I received a lot of help in the interview process after my application. The Technical Youth program that is offered by Brooksource is also helpful in providing opportunities for professional improvement, which is much appreciated. Overall it has been a great experience, and I would recommend it to anyone looking to start a career in the IT field.

I had a very positive experience with Brooksource! Unfortunately the offer that was extended to me did not come to fruition. Despite this, I worked with Casi Neff and she is one of the best recruiters I've worked with thus far! She still checks up on me to this day. I would and have recommended her to other people that I know are looking.

This company is amazing and the recruiters are even more incredible. I had the pleasure of working with Brekiesha and she worked diligently to find me a placemen! She is always there to answer any questions I have and she never gave up on me. Most recruiters push you to the side if you don't get the first position they send you to interview for but she kept every confidence in me and continued to send me leads and interviews and honestly it was all worth it because I am currently in the perfect role! UPDATE: I talked with Brady Wolfe (manager at Brooksource) and he assured me that this is not how they treat their clients. He said that they had a discussion with Gaurav (an off shore recruiter) and that I would be assigned an on-shore recruiter. I was contacted by Ally Crouch. We talked about what it is that I am looking for, where I am located, and next steps going forward. That was almost 2 months ago. I have not been given any job leads from Brooksource since. I have applied to at least 40 jobs through Indeed and LinkedIn and landed a new role not using a recruiter. My rating for this company remains the same. PREVIOUS REVIEW: I responded to a job posting I saw on Linked in. I was contacted shortly afterwards by Gaurav at Brooksource. After talking about the position, it seems like a good fit. He sent me an email with a contract that I felt pressured into verbally agreeing that stated that I would not work with anyone else for this position. The only time I heard from Gaurav was about 2 weeks later when I asked for a status update. I have not heard from him since. I found a second recruiter who was hiring for the same position. The second recruiter gave me pay information and that is when I found that what Brooksource was submitting on my behalf was between $15 - $25 and hour less than pay scale the company was offering. Since Brooksource already submitted my resume, the other company was not able to continue on my behalf However, about 4 weeks after the initial resume submission, that second company told me that the position had been put on hold as the hiring company was sifting through resumes. This clearly shows that Gaurav was not representing me and my interests. I filed a complaint through Brooksource's web site in regards to this incident. I have not heard from anyone since. No status updates. No feedback. Nothing. Not even a mention if the job was filled or not. They are eager to get you to sign a contract and submit your resume but not eager enough to do anything after that and more than willing to short change you in the process.

The Jr Account Manager was friendly, responsive ( Until the very end then zero response, moved on) , and earnest. Seemed to be fairly new and needed guidance on a few steps in the process. I made it through the interview process but didn't get it, ultimately I'm wondering if it was because of how the salary requirements were presented. I was definitely more flexible and asked that it be conveyed that way , but after a month of interviews the client decided to shutdown contracting and go internally for cheaper... I found this out through someone I knew in their organization. Not blaming him, but I do wonder if I could have gotten it if my Pay range had been presented better. In typical recruiter fashion ... once it's over, it's over ... never get a response. Only reason I wouldn't try to seek a job through them again ... overall OK experience.

This company is amazing and Brekiesha is literally phenomenal!!! A little over a year ago, I graduated from grad school without a job and Brekiesha worked so diligently to help find a career that fit my needs and matched my personality. Once hired, she was with me every step of the way! She definitely has a gift for helping people and I'm so grateful to have had her as my recruiter!
