Covideo

I had very positive experiences with Covideo. The software is easier to use compared to other platforms. The customer support team are super helpful.

The number 1 big problem with Covideo is when you text a video to a customer it sends a link not a video. If a stranger sends you a link to click that opens into a new window I hope to God you're intelligent enough not to click that link. You don't know if it has adware, spyware or even a virus. The only other option is to email them the video since nobody checks their email anymore. Only old people who still have land lines check their email. If Covideo would fix this issue then maybe I would use it

Our company uses Covideo for several different types of communication and it's a great tool all around. We use it both internally with employees and externally with customers. Any questions we have are answered incredibly quickly by the team at Covideo. We'd highly recommend it regardless of your industry.

They must pay to have negative reviews removed which doesn't surprise me. The company I work for uses it and it's awful to say the least. This app is horrible and rarely works the way it should. If zero stars was an option I would've selected it.

They updated the app and I love it!! This app is a game changer. I haven't had any issues with it so far that they haven't fixed.
