We have been with Lifegrid for several years. We recently moved and Kenneth B. walked us through the transfer of service process. We are very pleased with their customer service and the speed of our WiFi.

I used LifeGrid for 10+ years in Indianapolis and they provided great service to me. The customer service was quick whenever I had questions. I also really liked the fact that there were no long-term contracts. I had to take a 9-month assignment outside of the USA and LifeGrid worked with me to disconnect my service for this duration and reconnect when I returned. LifeGrid delivers a consistent and reliable service with the hassle of long-term contracts or hidden fees. I highly recommend them.

If you live in metro Indy, there really isn't a good reason to not go with lifegrid. Installs/equipment are outsourced to ATT. If you ever have an issue, you just email lifegrid and they'll get you taken care of. Higher speeds for less money, plain and simple. Buy local.

There are two things that I really appreciate about LifeGrid. First, I have been with them for three years, and they have never raised my rates. Second, the customer support is terrific. My calls get through to a person immediately, and issues are resolved in a timely manner. I am treated as a valued, long-time customer. This never happens with the big ISPs.

Practically begged for several months to get signed up for service. Cannot reach anyone by phone, and they don't return calls. Takes weeks to respond to emails, and then just stop responding altogether. If you want a company that is responsive and customer focused, go with someone else.

Been a LOYAL customer for 4-5 yrs. No issues. Was communicating with Kenneth B to move service and still no issues. When asked about the amount due, i was told a payment had already been taken out of my account and just the difference between what was taken and what was due was owed. The problem is, the payment was taken WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE OR PERMISSION!! I brought it to his attention and now they won't provide me with service as if I did something wrong!! When I called (3 times!)to find out what was going on, the representative keeps hanging up on me!! Very unprofessional and unfair!

I went through LifeGrid and I (and my gaming son) couldn't be happier! The whole process was easy and quick thanks to them! I would highly recommend! They were very knowledgeable on what I needed for my household and the price (especially for a single mother) is outstanding.

Horrible customer service and refusal to refund deposit. I spoke to Kenneth Blansette on a scheduled date to set up service. I explained the day was important as I work from home. Scott guaranteed a date but could not confirm a time so I requested 8 hours of leave from work. As it was later in the day and I have not heard anything I e mailed Kenneth to ask when they would be at my residence. Kenneth replied sorry we are having issues they can't come out today. I took 8 hours of leave which equates to 217.00 and no service. I cancelled the service and now they are refusing to give me deposit back when THEY are the one who did not follow through with their service. I do not recommend them to anyone.
