I had Joe design a website for all the music I've written and I could not be happier with how it turned out. I hired this company in May 2020 and here in August, I do not have a functional website. First, I was assigned a resource, Sam who had challenges meeting timelines and disappeared for long periods of time. I was okay initially as I was not in a rush and assumed that things will be caught up eventually. Joe jumped in one time and then he disappeared again for another 4 weeks until I asked him the update. I always provided the feedback and content in time. Also great tip to know that you cannot talk to the developer - ever. This was not made clear during the contract. There is no consulting, providing suggestions, best practices, etc. You need to provide all your vision in writing and they just implement it. Again - no consulting from the developer if you are looking for that. Finally, fed-up with the unprofessional attitude and lack of communication, I asked to transfer the website to me so that I can take it to another web developer. The site was transferred with zero comments, integrity, remorse, etc. No communication. I also asked Joe what would he do if he were in my situation - No response, no regret, no sorry. I made all payments upfront including an additional $300 for ecommerce setup which never happened, and I do not think that they may have the inner conscience to at least refund the money for services that were never rendered. Unfortunately, I am busy with my company formation tasks and do not have time and energy to drag them to the court. My honest opinion is to stay away from them. Not sure how these other reviews came up or if they only serve a certain demographics of people.
