Kiara was absolutely amazing during my visit to the UPS Store! She was welcoming, knowledgeable, and made sure everything was handled quickly and correctly. I had a great experience at the UPS Store thanks to Corlyja! She was incredibly professional, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. She made everything quick and easy, and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. The manager that helped me this morning was so helpful and courteous. She was kind enough to carry my package outside! It's rare you see managers going above and beyond for customers these day. This store is definitely improving!

I was at the store yesterday around 3 PM. I just had to mail a document. The associate was totally rude. Her tone of voice was condescending. No sense of courtesy and had a terrible attitude. It's obvious she does not like her job and taking it out on customers. I can not believe UPS has such poor standards for customer service

This place is great! Always fast friendly service, it's clean and just fantastic. Trust me when I say when you need UPS this is the place to be.

Came in today to ship some stuff a friend forgot while visiting for the holidays. Brooke did an exceptional job at helping with packing and which way to ship my friends stuff safely. Thank you.

Called yesterday (8.2.24) to ask when the notary would be in specifically so that I wouldn't risk waisting my gas and time on a blank mission. I spoke with an employee who went out of his way to ask his supervisor when the notary would be there; he said NYrah would definitely be in tomorrow(8.3.24 Saturday between 8:15a and 3pm). I arrive at 11am, employee looks at me with deer in headlights and says unfortunately he won't be in today and that he's the owner and she is not able to call him. Also that he was supposed to be in but never showed. I see why the reviews are so low; poor leadership; poor service; Wish we could be reimbursed for gas and time. The customer does all things right to prevent foolishness; but the business does everything wrong to cause it! Very low grade
