Great service and customer service. After years of poor cable customer service, it is refreshing to have a company care about the service that they provides as well as the customer service experience. I highly recommend ORI if you're in a rural area.

Love this company! 1000 times better than century link which is one of the only options where I live. They are occasionally issues but that is what I expected when I chose to move to the country. They always get out here to help me when I do have an issue and their service techs (especially Gabe) are quick and informative on the problems and what happened and what the fix is. Also Mark is a great owner if there is ever an emergency type issue he always helps out. 100% recommend to everyone especially my neighbors out here in the country.

I've been a loyal customer of ORI's web hosting since the turn of the century and hate to think what these last twenty-some years would have been like without their expertise and commitment to customer service. As with all network related services, occasionally difficulties will arise and nowadays any downtime is a big problem. I have always been able to count on these folks to genuinely strive to resolve whatever the issue may be in a timely manner. The best part is how easy everything was with them! Their customer service is unbeatable and it was such a relief to have all of my web services under one company.
