Service started out fine but now I cannot believe how much we have to pay for speeds that are no where near satisfactory. We are capable of getting WAY faster speeds from other providers in our area now for way less than we are paying Fourway. As posted on their website, $49 a month for only 6meg down!? Is that a joke?

This company charged $152 for installation and waited 10 days to debit it from my card. I was under the impression that the money would come out of my account the day I posted payment (maybe 2 days later) but definitely not 10 days later. Make sure they don't do the same to you. I obviously took care of the situation but the one woman was on "vacation" so she felt that it was perfectly acceptable to wait that long to process my payment. Thankfully I don't have a checking account. Could've very easily have had an overdraft. The service isn't the greatest either. But it works if that's all that is available.

I actually wish that I could get their service now! Trapped by Comcast and just got off the phone after spending hours trying to just get info. I had Fourway service for several years and miss it/them. Everything was very straightforward and the bill was consistently the same. They recommended we get our own modem/router (although they could provide) and were quite helpful in getting it set up. The service was consistent with only a couple outages over the entire period (after fierce storms); those were promptly corrected. I really appreciated the prompt and courteous service anytime I needed help, whether in regard to an account question or tech. And there, just want to extend a compliment to the very patient and knowledgeable staff. I just downgraded the Comcast/Xfinity service I have; despite being told how horrible that will be) BECAUSE I know from experience that I was able to easily "surf" or research with sometimes 100 tabs in Firefox while others in the house were streaming something to watch and no buffering problems or other noticeable degradation while I had Fourway service. If their service was available in the city, I'd definitely switch. Fair price, professionals who are patient and easy to work with and friendly staff all around. I recommend them whenever I can.

It's about 2 years that I've had internet service, absolutely no complaints. Customer service is top notch! I live in the county where options are very limited. By far the best choice for my application. Edit 12/16/22 absolutely no complaints

We have had Fourway Internet for over 4 years and I have never had any customer service issues. In fact anytime I have had to call(maybe 5 times in 4 years) due to slow internet or loss of connection they are very polite and quick on fixing our issue. Most of the time it is a weather related issue not something that can be controlled, we live in a very windy area. We run 2 pcs, 2 tablets, Playstation 4 and Netflix all at the same time and see no issues with the service. I recommend Fourway to anyone who asked who I use for internet in rural areas.

The title "high speed internet" in their description has turned into a joke. At one time I was getting excellent internet, now it has become a stressful and aggravating experience. My internet went from being excellent to now only working 1/3 of the time. For the money we pay, I would expect the service to match. But every time customer service is contacted it always ends up being OUR fault. "Your router is dead" or "You need to reset your antenna". Several routers later and it still sucks. Please work on your internet service and return it to what it used to be! I'm tired of trying to load web pages and not being able to do anything.

We moved to this ISP seeking faster speeds which they promised. But in short, its only faster speeds 10% of the time. Every night at about 9 pm our internet goes down completely following hours of VERY slow speeds. Comparable to dial up. The connections are not stable at all. Your internet can go down for no reason, your speeds will fluctuate like no other so if you need a consistent connection (gaming, watching video (netflix)) You'll have a lot of trouble and frustration with this company. So, what can you do? call them for help? Well, now they forward your call to a third party company in Utah that says "Oh, im sorry to hear" when your internet is down. Its very frustrating getting an ISP setup and paying a monthly fee for something so inconsistent from a company that doesn't even care to handle support themselves. From warsaw, I am not the only one with this issue. Everyone I know who uses Fourway also deals with inconsistent speed and random outages on a daily basis. If you like online gaming, don't get this ISP. If you like doing anything on the internet other then reading email, I don't recommend this ISP.

I was having problems connecting to the internet until today.. I called the help line Sunday, told the gal what my issue was, she reported it... 8:30 the next day I received a call telling me someone would be here between 9 & 10 .. he was here at 9:30 for less then 20 minutes.. Changed a part on the receiver, change me to another channel ? ( if that is the term) . It's never worked better.. There is a storm out side as I type this and I have not lost connection or the net... Thanks Fourway !!!! great job and lots of speed !!!!
