Arthur came out for my regular service and to install a Dynamic UV light system. After realizing I had miscommunicated which UV light system I wanted, the owner drove it to my home from the office while Arthur was performing my seasonal checkup. He then installed the Dynamic system and explained how everything works and what adjustments I can make. Aireserv and the team always go above and beyond to take care of every customer.

When our 10 year old heat pump failed do to the compressor shorting out, our good friends, whom we trust, recommended Rob of Airserve. We were not disappointed. Rob was very knowledgeable and professional. He gave us three options. 1) Replace the compressor, 2) replace the air heat pump with a similar unit, or 3) install a geothermal unit. Rob explained the advantages, the disadvantages, and cost of all three. We decided to go with the geothermal ClimateMaster Tranquility 22, even though it seemed to be the most expensive of the three. However, Rob had explained to us, the rebates, the tax credits, the saving and the reliability of the geothermal system. Airserve helped us with all the paper work in dealing with rebates and our local power company, Win Energy. Rob's crew, one of which was his son Jacob, was very professional in the work and their clean up. It is good to be working with people that instill confidence. One of the things I hadn't thought of was a new thermostat. Rob installed a Ecobee Smart Thermostat with a remote sensor to improve energy efficiency. He showed us how to program it and set up an app to control it remotely. Another option we had added was a desuperheater for our household hot water heater. We had recently replaced out water heater. The tank was still good and Rob was able to use it as a preheated water storage tank to supply our household water heater, more savings. Rob said after a week or so of running it he would come back with a follow up visit to make sure everything was working OK and go over the warranty and other paperwork. Not many other companys would do that I have enclosed pictures of the unit in our basement.

I had 3 mini splits and a stand alone unit installed in my house. Jacob Keller and the other men were very polite and hard working. They did a great job. I'm very satisfied with the work performed.

Thank goodness for Rob, Jacob, Tracy and Artie at Airserve - we had to replace our furnace and AC and then my grandmas Furnace went out and needed replaced just a few months later...They took care of the replacement, were very prompt and friendly and have done the follow up on our purchase as well!
