Hoosier Heating & Cooling

I had Hoosier replace my old propane furnace and central A/C unit with a high efficiency furnace and heat pump on February 27, 2024. Theo and his crew arrived at 9am and had the old units and all the debris removed in no time. They handled the installation of the new Carrier units quickly. The installation looks very neat and professional. There was a wiring diagram issue that wasn't their fault otherwise everything went smoothly. The cost of the job was very acceptable and I believe I got a very good deal. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the results and would highly recommend Hoosier Heating & Cooling. Marc, Frank, Theo, & Andy are all great! My wife & I noticed that our upstairs did not get very cool in the summer so we needed a solution. Frank came out, assessed the situation, and recommended that we install a mini-split AC unit to help cool the area. They got back with us, within two weeks with an estimate and got us scheduled! Frank, Theo, and Andy came out today and installed the unit. They did a great job, left no mess behind, and answered any/all questions we had for them. If you need any heating or cooling work done, give them a call! We're very happy with the work that was done!

Absolutely wonderful company to work worth. They offered fair pricing and did great work. Even in this cold weather, they climbed in my crawlspace to run lines, got in my attic to run vents, and even fixed a 33 year old problem from the original build. Hands down one of the best, start to finish it took 1 phone call and 4 trips to give quality service with a smile. (I am still waiting for 2 companies to call back with a quote from before Christmas). Go with Hoosier!

Serviced our AC unit...did not mention a leak...unit froze up right after service...to which they said it has a leak that was NOT noted. Then priced us $1,000 to fix. Went elsewhere and was fixed for under $300. We even have a service contract paid with them for seasonal service. They have lost our loyal business.

Adam was very quick to get out here, only an hour after I called. He was very patient and tolerant of my cats. If you're having any type of issue, don't wait, call them and let them get you right!!!!
