Joink

Have had Joink for almost three months and when I pay my bills through my bank ahead of time. Just like I do all my other bills the bank clearly shows they are paid before the due date but joink keeps insisting they are not getting the checks till after the due dates which are weeks later and want to keep charging me a late fee. Never had this problem with spectrum. Also the fiber internet is not as good as spectrum was and I'm paying a higher rate. This is sad. The guys that handled the set up were great and very friendly and helpful and did a great job. Unfortunately the guy in billing was not. Update: I have set up auto pay thanks to a nice lady in billing. It doesn't explain why they are not receiving my checks from the bank on time but it does solve my immediate issue.

The crew showed up at 8:10 am and were done by 9:30 am, even with the trenching. Courteous, answered questions, asked if where they would put the fiber optic was ok before they started. Sowed grass seed where they trenched. Excellent service. Shout out to Jeremy, Garrett, Derek, and Devon. Could only give 5 stars but they deserve 10 STARS!!!

Zachary T. came out today to install our service. He and his team were professional and fast, it took half the time he said it might take. Internet is fast and set-up on our devices is a breeze. Great job guys!!

Since your door to door rep wants to come by two days in a row, interrupting my baby's nap the first day, thought I'd drop by and give you a 1 star review. I once thought about switching to Joink from Spectrum to save nearly $50 a month on internet, but now I'm willing to keep spending that money. You will never get my business after this harassment.

We decided to switch from Spectrum Internet to Joink, mostly based on price and the quality of fiber optics vs above ground line. Jeremy, Kyle and Seth did our install on 1/21/25 and they were extremely professional, very friendly and unbelievably efficient. Due to the bitter cold today, the crew was a little later than scheduled but Jeremy communicated with us ahead of time, so no big deal. They even threw down grass seed and straw at the dig location! We couldn't be happier with our first interaction with the Joink crew and the Internet speed is leaps and bounds above Spectrum. I gave 5 stars only because 6 stars wasn't an option.

Zach T and Luke installed my Joink. They, as well as all the crew, inside and out, were very professional yet personable and friendly. They left everything in good shape. Put my furniture back after it was moved for the install. The yard was taken care of as well. Reseeded the lawn and covered the bare dirt with straw. Great customer service all around. Everything was explained to me. All my questions were answered. Thanx, Joink crew. You Rock !

Zachary T and Jake came out and hooked us up. Super nice and good dudes, in and out very professional. Went the extra mile and planned the cable runs in the house with me so I could have exactly what I wanted. Amazing local internet company in a time where that is getting progressively harder to find. 10/10
