It has been a terrible experience with this company. Was never told when I left my daughter's jacket a price of the service was not given a time frame of completion and now I have called three times to find out when it's going to be ready and it's never completed when I've been told. They have had her jacket for over a month and is still not completed. I do not recommend and will not be using their services again

Came in to the shop to pick up my letterman jacket at the time they said to it wasn't done

Awful service. Ordered two custom chenille patches over 7 weeks ago and still they have not been made. They forgot my order because the person who makes custom patches was out sick and the order was on his desk. (Apparently they don't know how to use a computer to keep track of orders.) Not once did they contact me to let me know my order would be late, even though I made sure to leave my phone number. When I asked for a discount for my trouble, they said it wasn't their fault. I ended up cancelling my order because I didn't want to waste any more time dealing with their excuses. Will never use their service again.

Went to order a jacket for an organization that I am affiliated with, and was totally denied because that organization has an outstanding balance with them. I even offered to pay for my product up front before production starts. Even though I have no personal debts with this company, I was denied because of association. Totally unfair and will never work with them and suggest that my other greeks not work with them either.

I absolutely love this place. I am always attending concerts or going out of town traveling, and always try to utilize their personalized services for creating unique cute shirts. The customer service is great, the staff is always so nice and kind, every Inquiry is quite reasonable as well. I have had about 5 or more different orders and never left disappointed! I will keep using them for sure. Thank You so much to the staff!

Absolutely horrible service! My jacket got sent in and it has took 3 months and I received it without all the patches done to be brought back in at a later time. Every time we called to check on it no one answered. We finally got a hold of someone through where we purchased the letter jacket and the date kept getting pushed back date wise. They can't commit to a date and avoid talking to costumers.

They do a great job with all our projects. Highly recommended.

Avoid this business! I have never experienced such POOR customer service.
