Had a great experience living here other than some minor things. Very nice facility and they keep it really clean. The staff are all very friendly and willing to help you with any questions. But if you are a student and want to host friends at your apartment, get ready to receive noise complaints. The walls are thin. Edit: If you also live on the third floor, you may have water leak issues when it rains. I had the lovely maintenance staff to my unit multiple times and the issue was never resolved. It wasn't a huge deal since it was in a corner but still something to be aware of.

Let's start out on how expensive this apartment complex is, for a one-bedroom I paid $825 + 10 fee per month and then unities. Parking was free but I don't know how long that will last. I signed my lease in the spring to move in on August, however, they were not finished with construction in August. I was able to move in but it was a letdown. The apartments themselves were okay. The high ceilings and concert floors made it difficult to heat/cool. However, there were several problems with the structure of the apartments. I put in a work order about a leak near the patio door when I moved in. When I moved out there was still a leak. This leak destroyed the rug that I had near this door. Furthermore, there were more leaks and when it rained it wasn't a "drip drip" leak, it was a splashing type of leak. I always had to have a bucket under where it would leak 24/7 to help contain the leak. For the whole year... The leaks caused damage to the wood floorboards. It was moldy and needed to be replaced. However, they just painted over the spot and tried to cover it up, (see picture). Furthermore, there are these holes in the ceiling that would constantly leak this mystery material (see pictures). I would have to clean this up weekly. Management is a whole different story. They seemed nice and friendly, but they did not seem to do there job. For instance, I had loud neighbors who would consistently party throughout the weeknights. I would call their help hotline number for the courtesy officer to tell them to be quieter. The officer nor managers would show up. This happened all year. I went in and talk to them during the day about this issue, but they would just sweep it under the rug. They are more worried about keep renters and filling rooms, then keeping us happy. They got a new building manager and she was awful. I noticed these bites on my feet/ankles in the morning. I went down to the office to report these bites and if maintenance could come to check out my apartment to see if I had bedbugs or not. when I got down there and told her what happened she was rude, had no empathy, or sympathy for my situation. She just said " yep those are bedbug bite, you will have to pay for exterminator fee. I will give you the invoice." After maintenance come and checks my room, we figure out that I did not have bedbugs however, they were flea bites. We figured out that their study rooms on the first floor were infested with fleas. I moved out earlier this summer and still have not gotten my deposit back. I have waited for 45 business days, as they have stated but I have not received my check. Lastly, the apartment may seem safe and secure, however, almost every night on my nightly run I would see that either the back door or side door was propped open. They sell that their apartment is for professionals and adults, but it is a bunch of loud college students. I would not recommence living here. I could have not been happier to get out of this place.

Absolutely Amazing, There is no better way to describe this place. From the caring staff to the location. Its close to ISU Campus which was a huge plus the residences aren't to load and the maintenance couldn't be better.

So far my favorite place to live while I've been in college! Yes it is pricey, but you get what you pay for. A luxury apartment with great amenities and great security. I've had issues that required maintenance and they have all been handled within 24-48 hours. By far the best luxury apartments for the price in Terre Haute.

I have lived here for a year and I love it. Whenever there is a maintenance request it gets done immediately. The staff is so welcoming and kind. I feel comfortable asking them questions and going to them. I use the grill and fireplace very often. I love going to the events that they have. I would recommend this place to anyone!

My young daughter spent her first year away from home at the Riverfront Lofts, and it was the best experience. The front office staff were amazing, the safety and the security of the building is perfect, and I never had to worry about her being watched over from afar. Highly recommended!
