Super 8 by Wyndham Terre Haute

The staff was friendly and helpful. I use a wheelchair and they offered togive me a 1st floor room ro make it easier fo me. My only complaint was that rhe bed was extra fiem and not very comfortable but I lovws the pillows. The room and the parts of the property I saw were all clean and well maintained which was a nice surprise for such a budget friendly hotel. I recommend this particular property to anyone seeking a nice clean room at an affordable price.

Was 1 of the worst experiences ever with a hotel went there later in the evening so was trying to just have a decent night of sleep the TV didn't work right finally got it to work bed was hard as a rock 4 small square pillows were crap the heat/ac wouldn't even power on tried to get help from the front desk but the guy was too busy sleeping with his arms crossed wouldn't even respond to me repeatedly saying excuse me the so called breakfast was stale bagels and cereal dry muffins sour orange juice no milk for the cereal the vending machine didn't work right took the money and didn't vend but they would not do anything about it just mentioned the sign saying that I have to contact the vending company and we all know how that can be I had to sleep in my clothes under the sheets blanket and comforter to try to stay warm I understand that this is a budget price hotel but would have been nice to actually stay warm sleep without feeling like I was on concrete and having pillows that were actually usable the door to the room didn't shut right had to use the deadbolt and the flip over lock to feel like I was safe I wouldn't recommend this to anyone even a enemy if you have someone who you hate send them here because it's not even fit for my dog to stay in

For the price, do not expect luxury and complain for not getting it. This place is a great stay for the price. It's better than expected. Great cable channel selection. The hot breakfast is waffles. Rooms are clean. Ample parking if you are hauling a trailer. Great place to lay your head for the night.

The manager is rude and disrespectful. I Do Not Recommend This Place at All. BEWARE While I was staying there they hit my card for $56.00 without my permission only an hour after I had already paid my room for the day. When I asked about the charge I was told it was for my deposit that was never taken at the time of check in. I asked why I wasn't informed when I was paying for my room for another night. But no one has any answers. Needless to say after this I left the next day. At checkout the person behind the desk told me that my deposit would be returned to my card. It never was. I don't recommend this place to anyone. The manager yelled and got in my face a week later when I went back to ask about my deposit. He was disrespectful to me I will never go back and I'm letting everyone I know how bad the service is here I never said nothing racist to no one. The Owen is a lier. My son however did call him out your name but not until after he jumped up on me and yelled at me. Then yes my son jumped in front of him. He had no reason to jump up on me. This man as anger problems for sure. He needs professional help. My son was trespassed but he did not got in trouble because he did nothing illegal. He only scared a man who jumped up on his Mother.

Stayed here a month ago and this past week when I went to check out no one was there so I left as anybody would call the next day about my deposit and they told me that I had stolen a $30 blanket from their room which I in fact did not. What I did was put a blanket on my bed when I had arrived covered in cigarette holes outside when I first checked in and they said that I stole that blanket and that if you put anything outside of your hotel, you have to let them know or you'll be charged FYI! I called the manager multiple times. He was never there. I did talk to one of the managers and she argued with me about how I took their blanket. They literally just want money and they don't even clean their room. I was homeless so I had no other option but to pay $600.00 2 times this month and stay here. But I definitely do not recommend it and they have roaches and their manager was getting so pissed whenever I was trying to get my $20 back from my last deposit that they promised that they would give me!! slums!

So I had stayed there for 7 months the staff is horrible other than missy and mendy them to girls go out of there way to make you feel comfortable as far as the owner not a very friendly people person not someone who should own a hotel the house keeps are rude and some of them can't even speak English so they do what they want now they do have to house keeps who are amazing and that's Kenny and Linda they will do there best to help you get what you need as far as towels and ect. Your stay will be ok as long as you don't come in contact with the owner he don't smile and is very rude I will give the hotel a 5 as long as they had a different owner

If you are looking to save money, don't waste your time. When I arrived, I walked by the employee who works the desk, and honestly, I thought they were a guest. I stood at the counter about five minutes before they put out their cigarette to check me in. The room has mold above the shower. The only thing I can say on a positive note is the location. THE HOTEL DOES NOT LOOK LIKE THE PICTURES!!!

Positive: The bed was good. Negative: A roach was spotted in the room. Peculiar buzzing sounds were consistently sounding throughout the night from somewhere down the hallway. The toilet was barely functional.
