System installation was so fast. When a defect was found, it was fixed ASAP and so professionally. I appreciated both the installers, Cary and Travis were fast and very good at explaining the process. I was able to ask lots of questions and really figured out how this system will work for our company. I really appreciated Dan coming back out to assist me with a technical situation that ended up being unrelated to their device. He also took more time then to go over more questions that I had about the use of the system. Overall so far a great company to work with, highly recommend.

We had a security system put into our Greenhouse last September. It has been working beautifully! We had an issue with a lightning strike, and the Vermillion team were at our residence and business within 24 hours. We were back up and running. Chris was our technician during the installation and during our repair. What an amazing team we couldn't recommend them more highly

Sales rep, Dan was prompt and professional. He took time to discuss our needs and individualize our alarm system plan. Installers, Jeremiah and Paul did excellent work putting in our system and training us on how to use the touch screen and phone app. Their support team did a great job on programming and testing our system. I highly recommend the team at Vermillion!

We have partnered with Vermillion Systems since 2016 for our Security Camera needs. Our Reps through the years, Greg and Daniel, have been very attentive to our needs and listened to our vision for the scope of the project. They did site visits to walk the building and get an accurate feel of camera placement before writing up a quote. They are very thorough and have made these projects my easiest projects to tackle. During installation, my staff complimented Vermillion Systems that they didn't even notice them in the building working they were so efficient. Cory was great in following up on each camera placement and the angle setting making sure it covered the area as we expected. I appreciate his experience in making suggestions thus making our project even better.

Merl did a great job. He was on time and notified of arrival before hand He was competent and pleasant to work with. He was able to get the system up and running and helped setting up our phones to use the app and link accounts.

Cary was wonderful. What a great tech. He was on time. He worked efficiently as not to disturb anyone's work. He went above and beyond to clean up and even gave me some tips with my new smart TV. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about many things. I felt like we were old friends working together. If I need assistance in my building again, he will be requested for sure.

Merle did a wonderful job of service to my security system and also explaining what was being done. After calling on Christmas Eve, he was here for service the day after Christmas earlier than the time scheduled after calling in advance. Thank you!
