I was very optimistic when I met these guys. They have a very out there marketing booth at all the storage trade shows. It's bright , loud and screams modern. They claim it's a modern approach to storage marketing. We paid big money for a social boost .. and big money for them to manage our google ads. I never got one ounce of data saying that our "social boost" was seen this many times on Facebook .. or YouTube or any social. They have this vague dashboard that basically just reads your data off your storage software and repeats it to you. Very nice guys , but the lack of communication was always an issue as well. For example I told them I wanted to cancel. No email back for 8 days. Finally emailed back when I wrote them again about cancellation
