River Place

My husband and I have been living in River Place for over five years. We love being one block from downtown, access to the trails, and the friendly staff. Our home has become a hub for friends and family who want to explore the downtown area (we also make great use of the theater and dining room!), and the office space has been great for hosting my remote coworkers. And best of all, our dog approves of the view. ;)

My boyfriend and I lived at River Place briefly for 4 months in one of the studios. I absolutely loved spending the summer in our studio and was sad to leave. However, 2 years later we found ourselves relocating back to Cedar Falls and it was a no brainer that we must return to River Place! We now live in a 2 bed 1 bath and love our home. Kelly in leasing makes the whole process so easy. Audrey is also such a delight. We love the location and amenities offered at River Place. Being downtown and on the river is the best!

I moved in this week to River Place and I could not be happier. Kelly Cross and the leasing team went above and beyond in helping getting me settled in for my stay here, in short order. I am thankful for their efforts, and I would HIGHLY recommend this upscale community if life takes you to Cedar Falls, Iowa. First class all the way!

Worst place I have ever rented from. They have the easiest jobs in the world and can't seem to maintain the elevator as it's down about every couple of months. They randomly went into my apartment and didn't notify me. I only noticed because I left my door unlocked and it was locked when I got back from work. Also with the private parking they just let anybody park back there and don't check. Very rude and none responsive. Stick with rentcedarvalley if you're renting in Cedar Falls. I truly love living in the River Place neighborhood. I have everything I need in one place. Trails to run in the warmer months and a gym for when it gets colder. Amazing neighbors! Accommodations for all pets. Fun monthly get togethers planned by the River Place staff. A beautiful view of the Cedar River. All spring, summer, and fall there is always something going on at the Plaza and in the winter you can enjoy downtown by stepping out your building's front door. My best advice is take advantage of everything they offer. You won't regret it!

I loved living at River Place. The downtown location, next to restaurants and bike trails, is unbeatable. In addition to the great location, the apartments are modern and have great common spaces. Whenever I had a question or concern, the staff was quick to respond and always made sure that everything was taken care of. I would highly recommend River Place.

I have been at River place since March. The staff is friendly Kelly was so helpful in helping me have a smooth move in :) Also shout out to the maintenance they are so kind and helpful and are very timely in fixing anything I have had a problem with . Thanks so much River place.

Live here for 3 years. Great apartment, great neighbors, great scenery and an overall great downtown living. Enjoyed my stay.
