Been with Simple Mining for almost two years. Most hosting companies are simply the wild west. Simple Mining is simply the best that I've worked with. Nick and team are very responsive, with an actual phone number to call/text if you need something. Service is generally quick and with their onsite repair teams, they usually know about an issue before I do. Wide selection of miners and Nick will do anything he can to find those "hard to find" units. Their new ticket system in the Dashboard is easy to navigate with the team putting in notes to make sure you know what it going on. My only issue has been not moving the majority of my business much earlier on in my mining career. Certainly would recommend SM to friend or family.

You only pay for the electricity that you actually use - not some estimated value. Yes you pay a little more for the machines than other providers but its totally worth it for the peace of mind.
