Cox Store

I've been a cox member for 6 years or more. I have the service in my private home and 2 of my businesses. As of today honestly I'm thinking about removing cox and going elsewhere. I pay per location $160.00. My wifi went out today at 2pm and it said there was an outage and crews are working on it until 8:47pm, there's no crews out anywhere working on anything. Thats 6 hours and 47 minutes. Okay so I waited. 8:47.... now it says 12:48am next day. Am I better off choosing a different internet provider? Because I don't see you reimbursing your customers for the loss of internet while they pay for it. Everything is ran off internet nowadays. Including the security in my buildings, my private homes, tvs, phones, electronics etc. I'm honestly really going to have to think about a service that's consistent. This isn't consistent nor is it fair to your customers who pay for outages. Outages that last half a day or more.

My parents recently cancelled their cable, well cox ended ended up cancelling everything. After hours on the phone and chat we finally got the wifi back on in the house but not our garage. Juribe helped us and got everything back up and running quickly & easily! After a frustrating morning everything was resolved.

The service for internet is the worst! Do yourself a favor and get another provider if you don't want to waste your time and money. It is too bad that I cannot give zero star!

Had cox for 20+ years for 2G internet was $240 dollars with a deal they got it to $190 over the years. Called CenturyLink and got their 2G Internet for forever a price of $100 and it's better I get higher DL speeds

If i could i would give 0 stars!!! This internet service is HORRIBLE!! There is at least an outage about 4-5 times a month. I do work from home and having to stop at least from 15-30 minutes of work is ridiculous! I am so fed up with this internet that i am changing companies and will not be returning or recommending this service!

So sick of internet that keeps connecting and dropping. Losing valuable revenue and tech support just keeps sending messages that connection will be restored in several hours. That was 3 days ago and I still get internet access for about a half hour then it disconnects. I pay over 130 a month for worthless connection. It's now been 6 days with no internet. Can't reach anyone at the Cox store. After 20 years of being with Cox and gradually dropping phone, TV service I'm now dropping internet service with a more reliable provider at more than half the price.

Worst internet in Omaha! What sucks is they have a monopoly here and you have to have it! Have had nothing but issues for the past 8 months. Would call in and report it and magically everything works once I call in! Once fiber is in, I'm switching companies!

I don't know who I spoke to on Saturday but I called about my WiFi being off and asked to set up an appointment. They told me to go ask the cox guy outside if they can just do mine, even though the lady on the phone should've known they can't since the guy said I have to be a on a list. They gave me an appointment for today at 1-3. Then I get an email yesterday with the WRONG address. I already having had WiFi since Wednesday and I gave her the CORRECT address so I don't know what that lady's problem was. So today I call and ask if they can switch the address to my actual one because how do you get the wrong address when the one you have is somewhere I lived 2 years ago. And instead of just changing my address, I get my appointment pushed back two extra days because of someone else's incompetence. The call is a recorded line, so they very much know it wasn't my fault yet my family has to suffer because someone else doesn't care to do their job correctly.
