Comelec Internet Services

I am so happy with Comelec's customer service! It is top-notch. I just had Dylan (not sure of spelling) install my fiber connection today! He was extremely thorough and made sure all my devices were online and working! My home is a smart home and there are more than the average devices connected! Every single person I have spoken to at Comelec in scheduling, sales, and tech support have been so professional, patient and friendly! Highly recommend! Will probably write another review after I see how great the service is on another month!

Hands down the BEST internet provider in the tri state area (if you're high enough up in East Dubuque or Wisconsin you can get service too!). Solid, consistent bandwidth for wireless internet & CHEAP. They also have the best customer service reps. I've had issues 2x in 7 years (on my end with my router both times) & they will help you get fully set up & running again (not like Mediacom that just says- its fine on our end, check your router). Would highly recommend to anyone & everyone.

They have terrible service. Our internet service has not worked properly since the Paul/ Tyson fight. They have sent service techs to fix it without letting us know so we have no one at home to talk to them. Would not recommend them at alll!

The price is nice, but not when I can barely get anything to work. I work from home and absolutely need internet. When I called, the customer service was nice enough on the phone but no one ever showed up to help get our Internet back. Luckily, that day we got it working again. However, I did want them to come check as our speed should be 50mbps and we get somewhere around 3mbps most days. It seems their fiber optics works great, but the dish leaves much to be desired. We rent, there isn't really much of a decision to go fiber optic. It would be nice if there was follow through. It's been two weeks since we requested someone come take a look, I did not receive a phone call or message that no one was coming or if anyone did stop at the house and I had missed them somehow.

Just keep getting "call cannot be completed as dialed because the calls party is busy" and then it hangs up. There's gotta be a better system than that.

Sooo affordable and making payment each month over the phone is less than a minute. Great service.

If Comelec is available in your area, you should sign up. It's a rare thing that I give anything 5 stars. And when it comes to phone companies or ISP companies, I would never have believed it possible. And to use words like honest, trustworthy, dependable, reliable, and responsive would never happen - right? It happened. I repeat, "If Comelec is available in your area, you should sign up!"

We are 100% plus pleased with Comelec internet service! We have been a customer for quite a while now and rarely have outages. When there is an outage, we are able to call in to report it and a tech returns our call very quickly! They are TOO SHELF PRIME when it comes to customer service! From the very beginning when we installed- their tech took time to be patient with my questions and answered them all. In the rare times we do have an outage, we call in and report and they even call us back to let us know what the problem is or how long it will take to service the problem. That's one thing BUT they go above this and call you the next to check in and make sure things are good for you! I highly recommend Comelec internet services to anyone!
