Extremely knowledgeable and helpful staff! I believe I mostly talked to a Nick and Dekker. They really knew what I was going for and did what they could to get me there. They handled a few very unexpected hiccups in an extremely patient and professional manner. They both really worked with me to ensure that what I was getting done would be satisfactory. They were also very helpful in making sure I knew exactly what was going on with my computer at each stage of the process. I couldn't have asked for a better staff to assist with upgrading my system. They even made sure to back everything up which definitely made me feel much more relaxed that all of my data was going to be safe one way or another when I got my computer back. I highly recommend that if you have any issue or just need an upgrade that you go here for professional quality services~!

I had a pesky wireless adapter card that wasn't connecting to our router. Dekker was able to determine the problem and solve it an expedient fashion. This was after my ISP and router company were unable to fix the issue. Don't be lured into inexpensive unreliable super stores. Please support this Dekker's small, local business. His prices are competitive, affordable, and the customer service is much better than what you could expect from a larger conglomerate organization. Would highly recommend and I intend to be a returning customer for any future issues that crop up. So grateful Dekker was able to fix my computer just in time for the weekend!
