ImOn staff whether on the phone or in person are a well trained group that is enjoyable to work with. Matt was at the house today doing some troubleshooting. He was kind, professional and took his time explaining what the issue was and making sure we had a good understanding of what was going on before he left. Would highly recommend ImOn to anyone who hasn't made the switch yet.

Matt was very helpful with the internet hook up. He came to do it early and it took probably less then an hour to install. No problems what so ever. Would definitely recommend Matt for other customers.

On the phone with them now trying to get pricing for new service. The only options available through their automated system are to change current services, report a problem or to cancel service. Based on the reviews it sounds like canceling service or reporting problems are their most common calls. Makes for an easy choice to go with Comelec who has the best service in Dubuque.

They had great service and their internet speed. But there are hidden charges like $14 fiber network access fee added to the bill every month. They never disclose it and you will surprise after seeing the bill. I would rather opt T-mobile internet box just plug it and start using it which is half the price compared to Imon. Note: Don't fall in trap by seeing the ads and their promotions.

I scheduled an install for a date then switched to a different date/time which they failed to update and hold. Tech Support doesn't communicate with Install and there's no record of WHO did WHAT when it comes to order entry. Unfortunately, a 1 star is the lowest rating I can give.

Michael Smith and Austin Kemps were both professional, efficient, and punctual. They explained every step in detail and were great to work with!

Store hours seem to change on a whim. They are never open when it says they are. And even when they are open the door is locked and someone has to come let you in. They even took the hours off the store.

3rd party contractor from OldCountry came out hooked up everything now I'm getting speeds that my old ISP couldn't deliver on cable. If you can go fiber 1gig do so! HUGE W
