AIM... Here's the deal. We are about 3 months into using AIM. AIM is an exceptional system with extraordinary support staff. "Never Ending Features" The system has more features than I may ever use. It has taken me a couple months to realize I don't need to know it all. I have gotten good with the features and tools that are paramount to me and my business. I let the other features set until I need them. AIM's support and Tech staff are as good as it gets. In 60 seconds you are on the phone with a staff member who knows the answer and is fluent in English. Did I mention there are "never ending features"? Sometimes overwhelming, but you can navigate them and get great output for your business growth. Exceptional Customer service!!!

We started as a small company in 2004 using Quickbooks. Then I hired a developer to develop a product for retail, rental processing and inventory control. After a year and $50,000 later that failed. AIM was discovered and did everything that we needed. Those were bad times during all of this. Their software is greatness. the support is 100% perfection. These guys are obsessed with solving a problem and do take care of any needs. There is a 60 day period that you will deal with using the software until you are proficient with it. After that you will be very happy. The option of a second web hosting company is a real downside and expensive. The only downside is that there is only company that they allow their web hosting. Their single compatible web hosting company is very expensive, and have no customer service for problems.
