My retail music store has used AIM POS software for about 15 years. We have all departments integrated - sales, accounting, lessons, repairs, rentals. It can be complicated, with everything working together. That's where their support team comes in. They are a really nice group of people who genuinely want to teach and help you. It is so nice that they have our backs. I would rate their support as excellent.

AIM... Here's the deal. We are about 3 months into using AIM. AIM is an exceptional system with extraordinary support staff. "Never Ending Features" The system has more features than I may ever use. It has taken me a couple months to realize I don't need to know it all. I have gotten good with the features and tools that are paramount to me and my business. I let the other features set until I need them. AIM's support and Tech staff are as good as it gets. In 60 seconds you are on the phone with a staff member who knows the answer and is fluent in English. Did I mention there are "never ending features"? Sometimes overwhelming, but you can navigate them and get great output for your business growth. Exceptional Customer service!!!

We started as a small company in 2004 using Quickbooks. Then I hired a developer to develop a product for retail, rental processing and inventory control. After a year and $50,000 later that failed. AIM was discovered and did everything that we needed. Those were bad times during all of this. Their software is greatness. the support is 100% perfection. These guys are obsessed with solving a problem and do take care of any needs. There is a 60 day period that you will deal with using the software until you are proficient with it. After that you will be very happy. The option of a second web hosting company is a real downside and expensive. The only downside is that there is only company that they allow their web hosting. Their single compatible web hosting company is very expensive, and have no customer service for problems.

We have been using AIM(Tri Tech) for 5 years, the support staff is outstanding anytime we need help with any issue. The system has more options than we will ever need, but is nice to know we have options if we expand business

We have been using AIM software for over 10 years. It is reliable, robust, and allows us to keep track of, well, just about everything! The reports it can generate are tremendously helpful in many aspects of our business, and the tech support is better-than-fabulous. They have efficiently helped us with every situation we've had to call about. You won't be sorry!

I use AIM (Tri-Tech Retail) for my gun shop in Colorado. I am 6 months in and am fairly pleased with the Point of Sale system (as much as you can like POS systems). It is not an easy system to learn, but it works great. The consignment portion does a really good job. Also, anytime we need tech support, they answer quickly and they remote in and help!

Tri-Tech's AIM program offered us a truly integrated solution to the challenge of managing inventory, handling in-store sales, and integrating with the web-based Active-E shopping cart. One program handles all of those details for us. The built-in reports give us a great window to our business activities and allow us to manage and plan our inventory levels. By adding modules, we were able to expand into the consignment business, which has been a great addition to our portfolio. And their technical support is always patient and ready to help.

We opened a bigger store with a range and it was very stressful. We had upgraded to vs 12 at the same time, it was good but a lot to handle. I at first would hate to call customer service until David started helping on a regular basis. I look forward to calling now. He doesn't talk down to me, he is extremely helpful and is the friendliest, professional rep. When something goes wrong my entire staff says "please call David" this isn't working. He helps with everything and it keeps our business running smoothly. The premium payment for customer service is WELL worth every dime. Thank you David for all of your help. We couldn't do this without you.
