We thought Matt was amazing! He talked us through everything, showed us in detail what things we need to do to keep the machine healthy. So glad we work with Council Oak and crew! Love these guys.

Council Oak Tech Matt is a pro at what he does! Our machine at our coffee shop went completely down and he was in here first thing in the morning to fix it. He needed to order parts for my machine that he didn't have in stock when he came to fix it, but he was able to get the machine temporarily running in the meantime while our parts arrived so that we could keep making coffee. Once the parts arrived Matt came out and installed everything and my machine is back to working like new! The whole team at Council Oak is amazing. I really appreciate that they were able to send Matt right away and Matt really does a great job at what he does, he is fast , friendly and prompt. His a great tech, and we were extremely satisfied with the service. Would highly recommend him!!!! The whole team at Council Oak made us feel like family since day one, when they came to install my new machine and now that they came out to fix my machine I felt like they cared and prioritized my call to get us in the schedule really fast, I am so glad we can work with them and have them as our main tech for our machine. If you need a service tech, Matt is your guy! He was prompt, helpful, polite, interactive with my customers while he was working (loved this!). One of the only places around that do their best to work so you can keep serving customers, so thankful for this. Don't hesitate to give Matt a call for all your service needs. Matt came into help fix my espresso machine and was amazing!! Had us up in running in no time at all. Even brought us a smaller machine to let us make coffee while he was working on our actual machine! 10/10!! Highly recommend! I have also worked with Adrian multiple times and he is also amazing!! They know their stuff! Can't say enough about this company! Not to mention the beans they roast 10/10!!!

Wow, this venue is absolutely fantastic for hosting a wedding shower or reception! We held our open house wedding reception here, and the space was ideal. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The coffee bar was a hit, and the kitchen was perfect for food prep. We were able to rearrange the furniture as needed, although the original layout was great. Thanks a million for contributing to making our day so wonderful!
