So far I am very happy with the service and the speed of the Internet. The guy who came n hooked it up showed no signs of frustration, being on third floor running up and down the stairs with his bags to hook everything up. He was polite and professional. I expected to pay 151$ up front for everything as I got an estimate on line but when it came down to it I only payed 84$. Now just waiting on the first bill to see if it's 54$ as I'm not enrolled in the auto pay. Which is way less then Im expecting to pay. Hopefully it's true so as of now I'm very happy with spark light. I'll write another review when I get my first bill so stay tuned. 4 out of 5 stars as of now.

JUST got service with them and not only did they mess up and send us 4 modems (that they'll charge us for if we don't return right away) but when the modem finally got plugged in we had no service and got told a technician isn't available for the next 9 days.... almost $100 and no wifi for over a week? NOT worth your time or money and we will be changing plans pretty much as soon as we find a replacement that won't make us wait over a week for help.

Dan showed up first thing in the morning, brought us a new modem and hooked everything up for no additional cost. We had the same router for 8 years and they replaced it and bumped up our connection. Very good experience. Would recommend to everyone.

Absolute WORST internet and TV service. Our service goes out probably every 10 minutes (not an exaggeration) , I call in-best they can do is send someone out in 3 weeks between 8AM -7PM. No signal for security cameras, tv, etc.

I have had service with them since it was cable one 2019 started at $40 it's now $90 that's not too terrible iam the type of person who always pays i look at my emails everyday for all of my payments and usually pay them the first chance I get I'm never behind today I look at my sparklight text it says $222 due immediately to avoid service by the way sucks always going off for some reason so I called them the lady I talked to went back to Dec 24 I have made a payment every month I get the notification and call in and pay and apparently I missed a payment in January I payed in January the amount that I owed she said they sent out a second bill in January that I didn't pay I paid in February what they said I owed and the same in March they even confirmed it on the call but apparently the gave me a (SOFT) disconnect but never informed me and I never noticed anything on a bill why didn't they inform me on Dec 2024 or Jan Feb and March of 2025 I asked if I had made a payment every month she replied yes I don't get it why they didn't inform me and all of a sudden $222 she repeatedly talked in circles and asked if I stop service how much would I owe she didn't have an answer I have to take modem down there and turn it in and be at there mercy to see what I owe there service is not worth the money but it's the only one in my area so I have not too much of a choice and now there apparently send out 2 bills a month an (SOFT)disconnect you without telling you until a few months later and then sock it to you with a bunch of hidden fees and if you don't pay they will destroy your credit rating and we know what that will do so pay what they tell you or not either way you lose so now I have tried to put in another review but somehow I can't so the only way I can do it is to edit this one so you can see the date on this post is the day I paid $222 so I just called and I already owe another $90 I asked the lady on the phone if this was all I owed until may she said yes iam gonna turn in my modem and probably get billed a bunch more times this is the most B.S. I have ever had to put up with never payed up with them never get a straight answer it's Metro net for me my suggestion for everyone would be the same and the only re reason I gave one star is because that was the lowest option if I had my choice it would be minus 5 stars I will update on how much more I have to pay when I turn in modem I'm sure it will be another hidden charge for there great mixel service...WHAT A JOKE

If I could put a 0 I would. We have been out of internet for 4 days. The call center tells us they will be there between certain times and they show up as they please. I went to the office thinking I could resolve this. The lady there was poorly informing me on "policy's" that were incorrect. She then cancelled my work order with out me asking for her to. Told me that I "threatened her" by telling her that I needed someone there today. Then called customer service and spoke to them for almost an hour and a half. Poorest customer service ever
