Even after my machines were being hacked multiple times per day, nothing was done to help remediate the situation or even investigate the source of the breaches. If the situation were reversed, I'd ensure I deliver a fully hardened Windows installation to my clients. You experience may differ, so shop around and ask important questions before making a hosting decision. Remember: you may be held responsible for malicious actions that originate from an IP or server you rent. So choose wisely before you enter into any business arrangement.
