I signed up with SIR Tech in December 2023, and I work from home. I found that Flow's service was just not meeting my needs. I have never had to call the office for assistance; if the internet does go down, it's only for a short time, so I have nothing to complain about. Keep up the great work!
If I could give no stars I would! Internet is down daily but they collect your monthly payment promptly. They promised a call to discuss billing and poor service since June...I continue to wait and no one answers the phone. Stay away Update: the owner of the company took it upon himself to become personally involved and stay involved until I was satisfied. I no longer experience service outages and my speed was increased such that streaming is done with no lags. I am now satisfied and actually impressed with the level of service provided. I would now recommend this company!
Most persons here are giving good reviews but mine was very horrible. I applied for the service last week Monday and was told to await approval which I was contacted a few days after that it was approved and I should come a sigh a contract which I leave work on my lunch time to go there and sign it. I was then told to email my utilities which I did. I didn't get any response after that so I called on Saturday only to be advised that someone else had gotten my slot because I was hesitant for the service after I spoke with the rep in to office that I need the service because I work from home, she never told me that it is a first come first serve and I need to pay the 20k at that time because I was awaiting a response after the would have received my email wit the utility bills. So I went there earlier only to be sorry for the inconvenience and the rep who didn't told you all the information will be held accountable after I went to make the payment today
For a small business, I am impressed! From the moment the first technician came allllll the way to my home in the back of the bushes (lol) to check if the service could work, the receptionist assisting with my application, to when the team came to do the installation, the follow up and communication has been on point. My queries and concerns were addressed in a timely manner. The internet is working and the range is quite good! The level of service extended has been above average, I urge you all to keep it up, this is very positive. I would definitely recommend your services without a doubt to the public.
These companies are never what they pretend to be and if its possible to record all conversations and get full names please do because when they are in the wrong it your word against who u spoke to. The customer service started out well until the lengthy holds and the reps that u get giving limited information. I was advised that a technician would come to my house before signing off on a contract to approve my location that never happened instead i was asked for a picture of the property and within a few hours i was advised it was approve. That was a red flag for me but i still decided to give them a try because i needed the internet service. I paid the fee signed the contract and was told that if the service wasnt able to be installed i would get a full refund. The day came for the installation ,i was told a specific time and thy were at my house before that and said that they weren't picking up any signal from there poles so they were gonna come back with a pole. I decided to get a pole and a reschedule was done. The reschedule date came and they still didnt get any signal according to the technican who wasnt at my house for more than 5minutes and before he left he told me to reach out for a refunds and which i did. NOW TO MY SURPRISE THE 21,000 I PAID WAS NOT REFUNDED BUT 17, 500 BECAUSE ACCORDING TO ANOTHER REP IT WAS FOR THE TECHNICAN THAT CAME AFTER I WAS TOLD THAT I WOULD GET MY MONEY BACK AS ALONG AS IT WASNT A FAULT OF MINE. I AM EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED AND I WILL NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO YOUR SERVICE ,THIEF! I am happy to update that i was contacted by Ramona who took it on herself to apologise on behalf of the company and the persons that gave me incorrect infomation. The correct process was thoroughly explained and courtesy was extended where necessary,thank you
When I just got the internet service, I would recommend it without hesitation. The more I use it, the more I become irritated. It is extremely slow...Videos buffer constantly and therefore making it difficult to do my online studies. Simple google search takes too long, what should be seconds takes minutes and best believe I am not exagerating. I find that when I have really important things to address, I find myself using my phone internet service as a modem to do them. There was a almost month period where the internet was not working, a ticket was to be created so that I could get a refund or atleast not pay for that month, I have not heard anything about it. They are prompt on payment but not so on service. For months I had to be asking for monthly bills, electronic or otherwise. I would always seem to get this bill after I forgot about the payment date on the 28th at 12AM on the 29th. Atleast a bill would serve as a gentle reminder, life happens and I may forget about it. Every service company I know of sends some form of reminder to their customer. Mind you when the e-bill is sent, it always shows that invoice was created one week earlier on the 21st, why they don't send it at that time, I don't understand. I did get a bill in August. I have only been able to get previous month bills when I call them when I need them for other purpose. I don't if you have had an increased demand for the service rendering it slouchy and update to the system has been neglected. Whatever it is, it really needs to be adjusted. All I want is consistent internet service that can do the basics *UPDATE* Must say I have seen improvement in my service. I was contacted by someone and some adjustments were made albeit I ended having to pay more money per month on a different plan. It went down again for a good chunk of time and they came and made the adjustment at home. It goes done infrequently but resolves most time with just restarting the modem. Still cannot get a bill consistently still.
I am very pleased with their service, the internet is fast and reliable. The customer service is top notch, I definitely recommend. Yes, they have minor outages but compared to other providers they go the extra mile for customers and resolve issues quickly.
More while me just feel like cancel the service... All 3 times a month u see the internet gone down.. Mothers day the net gone right b4 midnight... My mom lives overseas and was so worried she didnt hear from mi all day on mothers day... If this continues i have no choice but to cancel.. I'm here now at home have to put on plan bcz the internet gone for the 3rd time this month n mi can never get them when the net down. Kmt
