I'm somewhat of a frequent flyer here. Place is always clean. All of the staff are nice and good at their jobs. They've never failed to get the job done without a hassle. Great rates on shipping/mailing.

I went here to drop off a UPS package. I called in advance and they informed me that you can only drop UPS packages here if it has the mailing label already and not just the QR code. That was very helpful information. When I walked into to building it was very inviting with good smelling candles and soft light. My visit was fast and smooth. The only thing that could have improved my experience was the lady that helped me was kinda short with me when I had questions and she didn't give me confidence that my package was going to stay at the right temperature when I told her it couldn't get too cold. Other than that I would recommend this place over driving to Manhattan to drop off a UPS package. Additionally, if you have a deployed service member, you can ship one small package a month for free to any APO address in the world. They do accept donations to help them in this cause too.

Excellent customer service. A nice atmosphere as well. Quick efficient and knowledgeable small little shop. She helped me from beginning to end.Very helpful and friendly ladies. They were very kind & friendly. Thanks again for the great service. This local store saved me the convenience of driving to Manhattan UPS store to return my Amazon package.

This place is AMAZING! I was in and out in 3 minutes. USPS was picking up as I was dropping off and the clerk worked so quickly to make sure my package made it on that truck. Highly recommend!

I always like to go into box & ship. I know that I spend a little more to send something but it is going to make it to the destination I need it to go. I can't say the same about our Post office.

Wow! I just recently started an online business. I've been there almost everyday this week shipping orders. They are beyond helpful. Make it so simple. I email them my shipping label from home and drop off my boxes. They even caught a mistake I made today which would have sent am item to the wrong person.
