These people care about their Customers, I have nothing but great experience with them from the beginning. When they was putting the optics in the ground Got the number from one of the works and heaven open up on the internet when they were finally able to hook it up in the house. They had to tell me be patient a few times. Now I just went with the 8G fiber. Great staff came in started in stalling and first one in town. Thanks Guys.

Twin Valley and their contractors came into my neighborhood and left behind nothing but destruction. A huge chunk of concrete was taken out of the curb, my sidewalk was completely destroyed, and my landscaping was ruined. The worst part? They illegally dumped dirt, gravel, and construction materials on the side of my house without any regard for the property or the law. The damage was significant, and I've lost countless hours of my time trying to fight this battle. After six long months, they finally made the situation okay--not right, just barely acceptable. I would never in my life recommend Twin Valley to anyone. This company and their contractors are careless and unprofessional, and I wouldn't wish the nightmare I went through on anyone.

After 2 years of dealing with Cox, terrible customer service, horrid internet and cable service I switched to Twin Valley as soon as they were installing fiber lines in my area. I couldn't be happier. Price is cheaper than Cox ever was, no silly promotions that end in 90 days almost doubling my bill and my service is faster and has never gone out. Customer service is always helpful and friendly. It is the one bill in my life I actually enjoy paying because of the exceptional service and customer service level they provide. Thank you!
