Social Inspector

When I decided that my home inspection company needed to hire a someone to run my social media accounts I decided to shop around. At the time, The Social Inspector seemed like they had the best quality product but were a little more expensive then their competitors so I went with someone else to save money. As you know you get what u pay for, I lasted 3 weeks with that other company who couldn't get something as simple as my license number on each posts before I made the switch to the social inspector. Since the switch I have been nothing but pleased with the content they generate for me. Honestly they are the best in the business and are worth way more then what they charge. Since they have taken over I have had multiple agents and brokers who I haven't even met start to follow me on social media.

We've been using the social inspector for 5 of the 6 months we've been in business (I used their competitors the first month). It is amazing having someone as experienced as him running our social media. They actually take time to learn about the area and advertise for our conditions/demographic instead of posting just whatever stock article they find. For example we had major flooding in the area earlier in the year and they advertised mold testing with pictures of our local flooding. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time or money on the other guys.

We needed to totally revamp our marketing from direct mail to social media. Bremer at The Social Inspector was perfect to help us do that. He has the perfect combination of traits: technical skills, knowledge of the medium, exceptional listener, patient, and very affordable prices. I couldn't be happier with our results or with my experience working with The Social Inspector.

Huge letdown. Initially his service appeared professional, however things quickly changed. My first contact with Lego was nice, and he wooed me with a great plan of how he could benefit my company. After drawing up a contract and "setting up" accounts things began to change. Lego only posted to my social media after I contacted him asking if he would be posting for the week. When bringing up my concerns his prompt replies ceased and I was met with endless excuses about how he was moving, injured himself, sent his phone to apple and his network was down and more.

The Social Inspector is without a doubt the best company with high energy and creative and timely posts. This is the best social media master we've ever used. Having been in business for 16 years we learned early on - if it's worth doing - it needs to be done right - so that meant it wouldn't be done by us! If you are looking to update your social media presence and attract new customers this is the company to work with.
