Great experience!!! Quick to unload, does require your vest, wheels secure and keys brought inside. Not allowed to stay in your truck during unloading but that's ok because the bathrooms were very clean, drivers area was well cleaned, several tables and chairs with vending machines available. Ship/rec clerk was super kind and very polite!! Great job!!! Truly enjoyed this delivery!! Shipping and receiving is on Technology Way not on Commonwealth.

I read all those negative comments. But I hade quick in & out drop off. The receiving lady ( I believe Ms. Rebeca ) wasn't even in office. she comes 6:00 am.) & one of the guys checked me in and boom, job done here.

Same as the other comments. Almost 3 hours later, the person who was supposed to do my paperwork was gone. My trailer had been loaded for 45 minutes and there was not a person in sight. I called the broker to get a little help. Finally a guy from the other side of the warehouse came over to figure out what was loaded and how much. Go figure. I will refuse to load here again.

This place is ungodly slow. And don't show up a few hours before your time you will have to wait and then you will have to wait over an hour and a half before you even get looked at. This is completely unprofessional. They need to do better with there system

Worst place for truckers. Lady at shipping receiving has no etiquettes. She is a rude lady. She has no respect for truck drivers. She does not listen truckers. I got feeling that she doesn't consider truck drivers as human beings.

Android busy place.apoitment 9am. Arrived 8:20.. i was told only 1 hilo driver unloading.they took cell number. Unloaded 9:30. Only 4 skids.not bad.

Have fun at this place. Wasted a whole day for an appointment just to be told my trailer is "too old"(older than 10 years). Pretty stupid if you ask me.

If youre a truck driver the entrance is off of the roundabout. unless you are drop and hook or have hot parts expect to be at this joke of a place for atleast 3 hours.
