BGPH is an amazing community of professionals and inspirational people. Coach Nikki Stock and Coach Stephen Burba are some of the most knowledgeable wellness and performance coaches in KY. They took me in and taught me how to be the best person I possibly could and how to lead others to do the same. BGPH will always have a special place in my heart.

Great gym with a family feel and a gym dog! This is the first gym that I have ever felt comfortable working out at. Everyone is very nice and friendly. I can't stress how great of a personal trainer Burba has been. He has patience and encouraged me to push my limits while enjoying it. You won't find a better trainer than him. Nikki is always there for any questions or help you may need.

When attending any of the skills training or learning courses provided by Bowling Green Powerhouse, you will encounter the following: Driving Force Atmosphere: From beginner to expert everyone is instilled with a will and drive to be better than they were the day before. This is all unlocked within you after your first few meetings with the owner/operators Nikki & Stephen. Knowledgeable: Knowledge about your body and the way it functions and moves is shared with you consistently as you learn and grow within yourself at Bowling Green Powerhouse. Variety: There are many aspects and variations of training you can be subjected to based on your needs and knowledge of your body after assessment. Different people need or desire different training based off personal goals or past injuries. Nikki & Stephen of Bowling Green Powerhouse are there to guide your ship all the way to your Personal Success. I have found plenty of personal success, new understanding of my body and more improved training/conditioning methods. Since enrolling 1 year ago due to pain from bulging disc's I have built pain free strength and a consistent day to day life. I suggest Bowling Green Powerhouse to everyone to try whether your a lifter or not, there is much for you to gain.

If you're interested in gaining real strength this is the gym to be at. Even if your experience with weight training is 0 the owner and staff have a vast experience and knowledge for beginners and people looking to complete in strength sports. Finding this place not only gave me a gym to train at but a home full of close friends to lift along side.

The quality of coaching you will receive here is probably the best in Bowling Green. Coach Burba combines his expertise with his passion to see his clients excel. Doesn't matter if you are a beginner or have been at it for decades. Come with a teachable attitude and your form WILL improve. This is the place to come if you want to get stronger and better at life in general. They don't use many machines because they will show YOU how to become a machine.

BG Powerhouse is a great place for anyone no matter your fitness level. Nikki and Burba do an amazing job of making workouts based on your individuals goals, teaching the foundations, and helping you live a healthier happier life. I came in having some experience with lifting but not a lot about the foundations of lifting or the proper ways to workout without hurting myself and my goals. With their help I've been able to exceed my personal goals and I've started looking forward to working out instead of dreading it. I'm an out of state college student, so BG powerhouse is my home away from home.

I have been going to this gym for a while now and I can only say my experience has been amazing. Coaches are really nice and helpful. Program is interesting and helps you achieve you new levels of strength. I would recommend everybody to try this gym out, you won't regret it.

Came through this past weekend and participated in my first OLY meet after a couple years of dabbling with a distance coach. I had a great experience with the coaching staff; very supportive and knowledgeable. If I lived closer to Bowling Green, I'd definitely choose this place for the atmosphere, trainers, and facility. I look forward to dropping in every once in awhile.
