There are a lot of folks out there who style themselves as webpage consultants and Internet gurus. Most of what they sell is hype because the tech changes so quickly and they don't have the mental capacity to keep up with the changes and figure out what the client really needs. Hangout Creative is therefore rare in my experience because it understands current trends in tech (i.e., why Google is doing what it's doing and how Hangout will make your world easier even if Google doesn't want to) and most importantly, how to listen to what the client needs. It's pretty much the rule in business that you listen and listen and listen and listen, and about the time you are absolutely sick of listening, the client will tell you what he/she needs to accomplish. This takes monumental patience and Hangout has repeatedly, continually demonstrated this most important of client relationship skills. In fact, working with Hangout makes me want to be a better client because I want to give better answers: it's clear when I can the project comes out better. I found the investment well worth it; their list both of new and maintaining clients speaks volumes for their consistency and is pretty much all you need to know. Probably the most important comment I have is that my anxiety level is low(er) now. As a business owner, knowing I have Hangout as a partner I can now look at outbound opportunities to grow my business by concentrating on the value I add because I know when Hangout Creative is engaged, the tech will work out. We just recently switched our web hosting to Hangout Creative. We really enjoy working with Blake. He does an excellent job and does it in a timely matter.
