Stupp Fiber

Stupp Fiber has been really great so far. Much better than Spectrum. The speeds are phenomenal and consistent. The installation was fast and easy. It's also a nice touch to get personal visits, phone calls, human email responses, and a handwritten card thanking us for joining. If Stupp is available, get it.

From discussing Stupp Fiber with the sales rep to installation, we were very impressed with everyone's courtesy, friendliness, knowledge, and professionalism. Everyone answered all of our questions, and took care of everything to get us connected to our new provider. I had one question after the installers left and called our local number and talked to a delightful young lady who walked me through getting auto payments set up. Since installation, we couldn't be happier with the quality of our internet service.

Excellent fiber with symmetrical speed. Upload of pictures and videos are much faster. Fiber is much better than coax. I was a network engineer before I retired and signed up as soon as they offered it. Even after waiting 9 months, it was worth it.

I am very pleased with the service and installation of Stupp fiber internet. The speeds are so much faster than what I had with Spectrum and are actually cheaper. I highly reccomend.
