Skyler was a great technician! No mess and quick expert installation. Answered all of my questions and made it easy to get connected right away!

Zach was my technician. He was excellent and did very neat work. He asked my internet needs and suggested an wifi extender. Works great no dead spots on my property. He walked me through a speed test before he left to make sure my needs were met. Finally super fast fiber internet. I am a happy camper.

Skyler my technician was wonderful, polite, friendly, very professional and polite. Couldn't have asked for a better technician. Skyler arrived on time and went right to work, finished the install asked if I had any questions and told me if I had any trouble give them a call. Very pleasant young man!

Well I hate the promotion bc when they end . Nobody calls you to let you know ur promotions ending and ur bill will double . I would Love to have a heads up . Question why does new customers get better deals then existing loyal customers I believe the existing customers should get the promotions as well . But the technician was wonderful

The local etown ky store is locked. Says it's open on the internet. Had a phone number to call. Was on hold for 30 minutes and gave up. Talked on the phone with them yesterday. Girl had an accent and I had trouble understanding her. We went through all the rebooting, unplugging, etc. nothing worked. Would have to wait til May 10 before someone could come out. That's 6 days without internet. When we left the office I noticed several of their trucks just sitting in the parking lot lot. The lady on the phone told me all their crews were busy. WTH? Okay a week later my internet is out AGAIN!!! It will be the end of the week before they can get out here. What's going on OWNER?????

I have been a customer for about 15 years now. I experience several internet outtages, sometimes multiple in a year. Im always told it will be several days before a tech can come out to fix. My bill has gone up alot lately. With the slow DSL speed, downtime issues, and constant rising cost for same poor service, I can't justify staying with windstream much longer. I give 2 stars because even though my service has been poor, when it works there are no caps on my data.

The Kinetic tech was extremely competent and thorough. He identified and successfully addressed SIX problem points that included problems related to flooding and buried lines, and faulty phone jack wiring. He was pleasant and appropriate, and called later to be sure everything was working well. He earned 5+ stars

The gentleman that came and fixed our lines was wonderful especially working in all the ice and snow. Very polite and thoughtful of our needs. Got our issue fix two days early. Thank you so much!
