We had internet issues at our weekend cabin and Nolan showed up in person and replaced our router! We are grateful for their excellent service with a smile!

The office staff and techs have always been very responsive and courteous.

It is extremely unreliable internet and I live 5 mins from the middle of town. Customer service is usually nice. Every person you talk to will give you a different answer though, so you never really know what's going on. They know they are most people's only option and they act like it.

Great customer service. The guys that come out to hook up internet service are very nice, efficient in getting service hooked up, professional and helpful in making certain everything is connected!

Been with this company for almost a year and had no issues. Good and consistent internet speeds, minimal outages, reasonable monthly price that hasn't changed at all since I joined. This is the first and probably only time I'll ever give a favorable review to an ISP.

They need to get their price quotes right.. Call one day, it's one price. Call another day it's $30 less, next time it's higher. ONE lady was very nice & gave me the right price. Next month it went back up. Called & got someone else & now I'm paying over $70 just to use my cell phone & Firestick. I was told that I didn't have to pay for the Firestick, but the next bill was higher. Some need an attitude adjustment & learn from the few who are actually helpful to the customer.

About 3 years ago I was told that my address would be receiving fiber within months. Every few months we check again to see where the fiber is at and we're told it will be a few more months. This has been going on for ABOUT 3 YEARS. I just called to ask about when we're getting fiber and Customer Service told me that all of their employees who had told me that I was going to get fiber any time soon "didn't know what they were talking about". The employee was very rude and not concerned with me at all. Those employees were SCRTC Customer Service. Today's employee told me that it will be, at minimum, a year before I get fiber. When I told her that it wasn't right to charge $60 a month for DSL speeds and tell your customers they were about to get actual High Speed Internet for years when they weren't, she told me that I could use a phone book and call my SCRTC board member. I'm a college graduate who has worked in IT for million and billion dollar businesses for 20 years. The bad attitude and complete lack of accountability is why this company suffers. You will never succeed when you make excuses, demean your customers and set the bar this low for yourself.
