Fusion Development

My experience with Fusion Development has been deeply disappointing. As a professional in the IT and MSP space, I was initially referred clients from Fusion Dev with the understanding that we provided distinct but complementary services. However, over time, this distinction was repeatedly disregarded. Fusion Dev blurred the boundaries between our offerings and began attempting to compete with and control my scope of work. They often involved themselves in my client relationships, pressured clients to choose between us, and acted as a gatekeeper rather than respecting professional independence. This made collaboration chaotic and unprofessional. I was also subjected to retaliatory behavior. On a recorded call, Ryan threatened to take action against me for professionally disengaging from a shared client. During that call, I chose to step away from working with them due to operational concerns, Fusion's leadership attempted to damage my professional reputation through false accusations and intimidation tactics. That paired with continued pressure and controlling behavior, led me to issue a cease and desist. When I later left a factual and respectful review, Fusion responded with legal threats, demanding the review be taken down. (Which I have a right to review) I witnessed questionable security habits, including the use of the same password across multiple systems--a glaring vulnerability that no reputable IT company should allow. This lack of basic cybersecurity hygiene could expose businesses to unnecessary risks. All it takes is one hack, and every client of theirs downstream is at risk. Further, there were serious concerns with Fusion Dev's financial management. Fusion failed to pay an outrageous past-due Google Workspace bill but continued charging clients for services that were at risk of suspension. This kind of conduct not only misleads clients but creates risk for everyone involved. I've spent years developing my expertise, studying for certifications, and building a reliable MSP business. I expect mutual respect, professionalism, and clearly defined boundaries in my partnerships. Unfortunately, those values were not upheld in this case. I would strongly caution anyone considering a relationship with Fusion Development. Remember: A company that prioritizes security, respects professional boundaries, and upholds ethical standards should be a top priority when choosing an IT provider. My experience unfortunately did not reflect those qualities with Fusion Dev.

A fantastic business focused on customer goals and very open to modifying designs to exceed expectations. The majority of my communication has to occur through email due to the nature of my business and I've never had to wait long periods for a response. I've never been told "no" to a request, which is amazing! There's a constant positivity associated with FusionCorp that's refreshing and always appreciated.

Fusioncorp has been fantastic to work with, the website created is professional, inventive while having a clean and seamless appearance. I was actually trained by Daniel on how to self edit - when the job is too big for my skill set or there is an "glitch", Fusioncorp promptly handles my updates and the few minor glitches in the past several years.
