Sky Systemz I Your Premium Business Operations Software

If I could give 0 stars I would. Signed up with this company and had my first two transactions February 9th with another on February 15th. Today is February 20th and I have not received any of those funds. Nobody to this point can tell me why or when I will have them. Called the 13th and was told the money should be in my account by 4pm that day. Called again the next day and was told they were looking into it. Called yet again and was told it was showing paid. Called them again the following day and was told it was a Gateway Error and would be 3-4 days. Now today they have to put in a ticket for the main supervisor because they don't have access to look into it. I find that odd since I had talked to this same person more than once last week and he was able to access it just fine. On top of all of this the terminals they sent us were awful and had to constantly be restarted and signed in and out of to accept payment. Luckily I stopped accepting cards again at the first sign of trouble or this would be so much worse. If you need you money in a timely manner look elsewhere for your processing needs!

Sky has been a blessing. This last week there was an issue with their gateway; however, Mr. Lukken went above and beyond to help me. I was out of town when a deposit ended up being delayed, leaving me frenzied. When I reached out, Mr. Lukken took over and made things right, keeping even the word of another employee right from his own pocket. Unbelievable! Rarely do you find anyone in difficult personal or business situations that will go the extra mile for someone these days! Well, look no further, here is Mr. Lukken to do just that for me, ..... and I'm certain he'll go the extra mile for each and every single one of Sky's customers. Sky Systemz is lucky to have someone like Mr. Lukken on their team. And just another mention, Mr. Steve Bugg was kind and wonderful when it came to getting me on board and started with Sky Systemz, and that is also not lost on and won't be ever forgotten by me. So a big thank you to Mr. Lukken, Mr. Bugg, and Sky Systemz.
