The AME Group

We have been delighted with the AME Group's ongoing IT management for our small nonprofit. Affordable and dependable. We sought help a few years back because we had a few systems in place to tend to our overall IT quality, including plans for equipment replacement. We were due for a new server and needed affordable, feasible options. AME delivered. They are skilled, professional, and responsive, with adequate people on staff to assist within reasonable timeframes.

Phil Miller is amazing, and the reason our company is still with AME. Phil is knowledgeable, timely and dependable and will always go the extra mile to take a deep dive to resolve even the most complicated, confusing IT issues. He sees the whole picture and can think out of the box and refuses to give up! Phil is professional and easy to work with and makes CSGA a priority keeping us IT healthy!

Mr. Phil Miller and Mr. Brock Hinerman provided assistance with recovering over 140 GB of files from a large capacity flash drive that failed and was not readable by the computer. They extracted the data and transferred it to a new flash drive. The files represented 17 years of my career work in the environmental field which were extremely valuable to me. The flash drive was being use to transfer files from one computer system to another and after the files were downloaded from the first computer they were deleted and all my career work was only on the flash drive. The service that Mr. Miller and Mr. Hinerman provided was exceptional. No individuals or business could have been more helpful, courteous or thoughtful as they assisted me with this project! They stayed in touch with me by phone, we met in their office and when one issue was discovered on the flash drive on Friday afternoon that needed to be addressed, Mr. Miller took the work home and completed it over the weekend so I would have it Monday! It took several hours of time copying files over the weekend and I am so grateful for all the attention he devoted to the project, both in the office and at his home. No one could have gone out of there way more to help a customer! Words do not adequately express how grateful I am to Phil and Brock for all they did to recover 17 years of career work that was priceless to me! I highly recommend this company to others! In 2017 my non profit organization bid out our technology needs and decided to transition over to IntegrityIT, now The AME Group. In 2018, we went through the process of getting rid of our on site server, moving to the cloud, updating all of our computers (that were roughly a decade old), upgrading to O365, and getting our entire staff trained on the new equipment and platforms. I was exceedingly pleased with how knowledgeable our assigned team was and that the process was well planned and executed. Little did I know then, that these changes would ensure that my team would be able to work remotely during the onset of the Covid-19 pandemic. The transition to remote was technologically seamless. We still have the same great support that we relied on in the office with service portal access right on our home screens that elicits a quick turn around response from the AME team. I think that what I appreciate the most, as the org IT liaison who doesn't have the time or know how to really dig in deep with my team, is that we don't have to hire an IT expert on staff with the payroll and benefits expenditures. The AME Group manages our IT needs, helps us project and plan for future needs, and is able to work with my team members where they are currently at (and we range from luddites' to intermediate in tech savvy).

AME has become a trusted partner for all of our IT management and services. They are professional on all levels. We depend on them to help us with daily operations, monthly maintenance tasks and processes as well as complicated IT problem solving and resolution. I would highly recommend AME.
