I wish if I can give this company a no star, when I signed up my contract initially about 4 years ago. restarting was commonly agreed you get about 5 restarts a year, fast forward to 2017, they decided to start charging the whole hour for someone to push a button, that is not the issue, my issue is I only requested one restart in a 4 year span, now, I asked to have another power cycle or restart. the customer service rep or technical support failed to mention to me that this is a paid service. they never informed me till they restart my machine. I only found out about the charge after the restart already done. my manager Emily is no help. Emily main job is trying to push more services on my throat, things I have no need or use for.... Emily always goes back to "its not in the contract". well, 4 years, that service was not available at all...

Overpriced, thoroughly incompetent, dishonest, and the last place you would want to host your servers. Just look around (anywhere for that matter) and you will find better, less expensive, and more talent. I can't stress enough to AVOID this company at ALL COSTS! I submitted the following to account manager(s) and VP of sales: The undisputed facts are these ( by neither me nor Emily): A) I requested the SQL Application Support cancelation on July 13th, as well as several times afterward. B) Our contract expired August 1st. C) I was not sent a correct contract, with the aforementioned item removed until October 18th. D) We were billed for SQL APPLICATION Support for 3 months after our contract expired and after I requested its removal. We were over billed for SQL support a total of $1035.00. I was sent the exact same contract three times in a row with the same item still listed that I had been requesting to be removed. Every Single Time. I've actually never had a single response to those statements. They went from talking around them to just ignoring them. This is one of MANY issues I've had with this company. It's important to note- There are some truly good/kind people that work there. I would hate to lump them in with everything else.

I would NEVER recommend these guys. They have been bought out a couple of times now and with each purchase they've become more fixated on profit and less on having or hiring skilled people. My story is way too long for this review so this may be a little vague - it was time to renew our contract and our account manager (emily colligan) sent our contract with mistakes on it. i sent it back, requesting changes, days later, she sent the exact same contract back. this exact sequence of events occurred 3 times, with the exact same mistake on it. while this was happening, we were out of contract and the contract errors where costing us money. by the time i recieved the correct contract, our incompetent and lying account manager had cost us $2200. it's important to note that months of this, before, and after, trying to get this corrected and find anyone with whom i could speak was hopelesss. i've never actually been able to speak to a single human on the phone. our 'account manager' will throw a bunch of related words together when i email but she might as well be a bot, not to mention when, and even before, all of this started, she refused to call or pick up when she was being called. i did manage to reach (email) vp of sales (scott aderson) and after one email of 'i believe you', he has since refused to email or respond in any way. btw: the attached photo has never garnered a single response. honestly, at this point, i think i'm more curious to know how she has contorted the facts to justify all of this. At any rate - STAY AWAY from Flexential!

Beware before you engage. Trail went cold after spending more than an hour on a conference call with one of their senior execs no less. If that's the way they do business, I don't believe they have much of a future out there.
